Marching Forward: Embracing New Beginnings
As March winds down, we find ourselves at the crossroads of winter’s farewell and spring’s warm embrace. It’s a time of transition—longer days, fresh blooms, and the perfect opportunity to refresh our goals.
Maybe the year started strong, or perhaps those resolutions faded faster than expected. Either way, the end of March is a great time to reset. One of my goals was to take time to read for pleasure and to escape into a world unlike my own. For that reason, I've started reading a new book, which is Sunrise on the Reaping by Suzanne Collins, the second prequel to The Hunger Games trilogy. Following The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes(released in 2020), this novel delivers another deep dive into the world and history of Panem—a perfect reminder that every story, like every season, has its turning points.
Whether it’s tackling a long-delayed project, picking up a new book, or simply stepping outside to soak up the changing season, small steps forward count. So, let’s take a cue from nature and bloom into something new. What’s one goal you want to revisit before April begins?
