Plus, there’s something enchanting about slipping into another world right before sleep; it soothes your mind, hushes racing thoughts, and sparks your imagination. And the bonus? Over time, this cozy habit sharpens your focus, boosts your memory, and makes bedtime something you’ll actually look forward to. It's a good idea to stay away from reading material that excites, angers, or distresses you. Instead, reach for something that is uplifting. Interesting. Engaging.
